Elevators seemed unreliable, with reports of broken ones!!! Housekeeping needs a serious overhaul as rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, leading to unpleasant surprises!!! Please prioritize regular maintenance and cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction!!!

We loved the large rooms, which made it easy for everyone to spread out. It was cool to chill with the 55-inch Smart TV after a day of outlet shopping in the area.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full kitchen, sofa, and lots of closet space. Softer, larger towels and installed pump bottles for body wash and shampoo were a standout touch. The location was convenient for local activities, and the atmosphere was welcoming, especially thanks to the friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were always clean and well-maintained during my stay. A delightful addition was the fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby throughout the day.

I adored my spacious 1 Queen Bed, One-Bedroom Suite, complete with a handy kitchenette! The jacuzzi and pool options were pristine, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Every morning started right with a hot breakfast that had me fueled up and ready for adventure!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in a spacious room equipped with a mini stove and apartment-sized fridge, ideal for longer visits. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent, perfect for a refreshing shower. Abby at the front desk delivered exceptional service, making the stay even more enjoyable.
